I’m Ashley, a modern woman navigating the dynamic world of Real Estate. Call me a generational Realtor- but this has been built into my blood with 30 years of (unintentional) mentorship.
I attended college in San Diego where I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Cal State San Marcos. At the same time, I also became a licensed Realtor; following in my mama’s footsteps. Little did I know that my supreme people skills and authentic communication style would soar in this space.
My passion for people, relationships, design, and community all thrives on connecting with my peers to turn their real estate dreams into reality. Because to me? Real Estate is personal. It’s been an exciting 14-year career journey, and I cannot wait to see where it takes me.

Ashley has been our realtor for multiple listings this year. The first being a townhome in a 55+ community which I was the executor of the estate on, and the second being our personal home. Ashley was able to get us multiple full price offers within ten days on both listings, and we were even able to close on our personal home for more than the price it was listed for.
She made the process of selling both homes so easy on us, breaking down and summarizing explanations for every document we had to sign (there were a TON), and she was very quick to respond with every question we had throughout the process (which again, we had a lot).
