Selling property is so much more than the physical house (although that is pretty fun too). But selling property is selling a lifestyle, a home, an oasis; the American Dream. I’m a lot like you. Living the Southern California dream hopping around from the beach, to the desert and up to the mountains. I share your struggles with the 91 freeway, lose my temper at the traffic and complain when it gets to 100 degrees. But… everytime I go out of town I am so, so happy and blessed to come home to our little slice of heaven. You just can’t beat our weather and location, period. Tell me otherwise!

After working hard for a degree like you are supposed to do, you can get thrown into the real world real fast. Luckily my Type-A proactiveness kicked in here as I was already a licensed Realtor prior to graduation. Being raised by a working Real Estate Mama will do that to you. 

Starting out in Real Estate as a young woman posed many challenges. Not only are you learning something extremely important in understanding real estate law, contracts, negotiations and tax information.. you are green. You are working towards finding respect amongst your seasoned peers. You are fighting against your “age” and it can be quite the challenge let me tell you. But you keep learning, evolving, growing, and gain strength along with wisdom. With experience comes confidence! After 14 years, it’s nice to be on the other side. The even better part?

You are truly never done learning in this field, contracts change, real estate evolves and you adapt with it. I enjoy every second of it and I love bringing my clients along with me on the never ending Real Estate journey.
